These directions are general in nature and intended to help parents locate the soccer fields of other clubs or organizations. If you have any questions about a field location, please contact your child's coach. AMES Take I-20 west to I-35. Take I-35 south to Highway 30 in Ames. Take Highway 30 to west to the S. Duff Ave. (Highway 69) exit. You'll see the Hunziker Sports Complex on your left (south side of highway). Turn left (south) on S. Duff Ave to Airport Rd. Turn left (east) to frontage road. Follow frontage road around to sports complex. APLINGTON Take Highway 57 (old Hwy 20) east through Aplington. The soccer fields will be on the north side of the highway, across the street from the nursing home on the east edge of town. BOONE – U12 Enter Boone from Highway 30. Go north to Hancock Drive, take right. Follow Hancock Drive to DMACC Campus. Field is located on west side of ground. BOONE – U14 Take I-35 south to Ames. Turn right (west) onto Highway 30. Take Highway 30 through Ames to Boone. Soccer fields are at the United Community School on Highway 30. CHARLES CITY - U14 The field is located behind Washington Elementary School, between two ball fields. The address is 1406 N Grande Ave, Charles City, Iowa. There is parking on the left side of the school. CLEAR LAKE Take I-35 north to Exit 193. Turn left (west) on 4th Avenue South (State Highway 106). Turn left at South 24th Street. Turn right onto 12th Avenue South. Fields are on the right side of the road. COLO Take Highway 65 south. Turn right at Casey’s to the T-intersection. Soccer fields on the left side of the road. EAGLE GROVE - U6/U8 Take Highway 20 west to Highway 17. Turn right (north) on Highway 17. Turn right (east) at the 1st stoplight. Turn left at the t-intersection to stop sign. Go right and it’s the 2nd driveway on the right. EAGLE GROVE - U14 Take Highway 20 west to Highway 17. Turn right (east) at the Kum N Go on ton SE 10th St. Travel approximately 3 blocks. The Field is on the left (north) side of the road. The entrance to the field is by the railroad crossing. ELDORA Take Highway 65 south to Highway 175. Turn left (east) on Highway 175 to Eldora. Keep heading East through town. The soccer fields are located at Rock and Row Adventures on the south side of the road. FORT DODGE West on Highway 20 to Fort Dodge. Take 1st exit, turn left at stoplight on 5th Ave. Turn north on 15th St. (by Domino’s). Follow road to Harlan Rogers Sports Complex. GRUNDY CENTER Tank Highway 20 east to the Grundy Center exit. Turn right (south) on Highway 14 into Grundy Center. At the T-intersection of Highway 14 and Highway 175, turn left and head east out of town on Highway 175. The soccer fields are on the left, behind the baseball fields. HAMPTON (Note: There are different field locations for different age groups) K-4th grade games are played at East Park on Highway 3, east of Hampton. From Iowa Falls, head north on Highway 65 until you reach Highway 3. Turn right (east) and the park will be on the north side of the road near the edge of town. From the intersection of Highway 3 and Highway 65 it is about 1 ½ miles. 5th - 8th grade games are played at the Old Middle School, which is very close to the Babe Ruth diamond, just south of the cemetery on the east side of Hampton. The physical address is 420 1st Ave NE. It is one block north and one block east of the intersection of Highway 3 and Highway 65. HUBBARD Take Highway 65 south to Hubbard. Turn left (east) on the main street through town. Fields are on the south side of the road on the east side of town. SLATER Take Highway 20 west to Interstate 35. Head south on I-35 to the Huxley/Cambridge exit. Take a right and head west on highway 210 into Slater. At the first stop sign take a right. You will come to a four way stop in front of an elementary school. Soccer fields are behind the school. WEBSTER CITY Take Old Highway 20 west to Webster City. Turn left (south) at Casey’s on Beach Ave. Turn right (west) at Bank St. Turn left (south) at Lynx Ave. Fields are at the Webster City High School. ZEARING Take Highway 65 south to Zearing. Take the 2nd exit. Go east through town. Soccer field are on the right side of the road, across from the city park. |
